The city of Noppy (Part I)

Dear Diary,
I come to the city of Noppy. In the city of Noppy there are many supervillains.But there is
one that could protect the city. He is a superhero named Charlie!
This superhero is a kid (10 years old boy).
The boy (or the superhero) fights against the most evil of evil, the criminal mastermind.
So they are fighting for hours, for days.....
Who will win the battle? is it the superhero or the supervillains?
