Dear Diary,
It's been busy busy sweaty summer days for me, mum and dad. There were so many things we did in the last two weeks. First was my first experience in watching soccer. Yes..a real soccer game in Tokyo National Stadium. I went with dad, and I watched David Beckham and his real madrid gang played against a Japanese team. I dont know who he is, but Dad said he is the most popular player on the whole world. Who cares anyway.....but mum asked dad to knock a chance for Beckham's photos and autograph....I enjoyed the way of the supporter enchanted the ole-ole-ole-ee-eeee....song. I enjoyed the game. Beckham is just handsome but not playing as good as people expected....(that was what I heard from dad).
Secondly, summer firework festival.. We had a picnic with Makoto-san. Makoto and me were wearing Jimbe -- a short kimono for boys-- and we had a picnic by a river to watch the hanabi --japanese word for the firework--. We also had a sweaty evening under the summer stars..but everyone was happy....
Thirdly, I was busy with emails from my friends and my teacher Rosa in Melbourne. Everyone sent emails and pictures, they told me what is going on the r00m 27. Najmi, Savannah, Melissa, Khodar go to the swim class. Saleh and other boys told me they played in the school and do a lots of fun. Oh, I miss melbourne....I miss my classroom...that's why I am happy to look at their pictures...
Lastly, my report about our weekend..Mum, Dad and me went to Shinjuku, we tried to find the tallest building and I hope on Dad's coming birthday we could go to have a small party in the one of the sky restaurant. Mum has promised me and I know she is always good in arranging surprise party for Dad. We also went to the park to play baseball, and we have found a good park near by our house. And as usual, during the weekend Mum cooked special meals for us, this time : spaghetti with crab and pizza....hmmmm..yum......
Last week, before bed time, I had a special massage treatment from Dad and as usual Mum reads story. This time Mum tells a story about 5 big continents in the world and how children in some countries dont have enough food, and they cant go to school because of wars and other bad things happening in their countries. Mum always asks me to be thankful before go to sleep.
